Stagnant. Repetitive. Unsatisfying. Fairly stable.
Healthcare is solid and 401k is good.
Concern for coworkers is evident.
Transparency, Communication, Trust, Collaboration.....needs improvement.

Assuming new responsibilities did not come with increased compensation from previous position
Securing new accounts that have potential for large volume and providing them excellent service.

We have a lot of experienced people working throughout the company striving to do their best during challenging times.
Less panic. More calm approach to the numerous problems. Actual process improvement. Recognize talent and respect it.
Moral is at an all time low, and stress levels at an all time high mostly due to the supply chain issues, but mostly the confusing management fallout due to those issues.
Somewhere, somehow, reflection meetings need to be had in the midst of the chaos that exists at the moment. HA needs to become less reactive and more responsive to the challenges we are experiencing this year.
My coworkers sometimes miss opportunities to consider other views and opinions when pushing their agendas through. I feel that short "round table", consensus building conversations are not happening. I think there is a culture at HA that limits candor which creates missed opportunities.
They need to invest in a better inventory and IT system to enable us to check stock in all locations, see what is available for sale to be able to move current inventory out, operations and sales needs to come together with some synergy. They are currently pitted against each other in tugawar.
