its a very challenging job where the returns are far and few in between, but i value the relationships I have formed here.
that they all genuinely care about me.
The interactions with my coworkers.
the interactions with coworkers and some of our customers.
that everyone is committed to do a good and thorough job.
That everyone is willing to assist eachother to get the task at hand completed.
Because in my first 2 years here, i received a .10 cent raise each year. it didn't even match inflation. It's deflating and demoralizing.
I would say the recruiting process. management has done well not just finding suitable candidates for each position, but also finding people with good hearts and who are well meaning.
In regards to the people present at my location, all are kind, seasoned, helpful, and patient with newcomers snd the growing pains that come with workinf to the standard expected of us. All are good communicators and good people.
The yearly 3% raise just doesnt feel like enough. Not to mention it doesn't match the estimated yearly infaltion(3.15%). With inflation increasing to 7% this year its felt even more. It just feels a little insulting to get a very small raise once a year.
How helpful and understanding they all are. Starting here and for a defent length of time i had a difficult time learning all my job's responsibilities. The people around me were very helpful/patient, and never showed any sign of being annoyed if i had asked the same question on multiple occassions.
