Absolutely feel undervalued. Pay and raises are affected by how a supervisor/manager feels about an employee as opposed to the employees work.
1-communication- between themselves & employees 2-honesty- between themselves & employees 3- stop making changes that benefit the company at employees expense ( changing holiday procedures/changing employee schedules(FRIDAYS , etc.)
