If my compensation was above the 25th percentile of my Job title.
I am not paid a competitive salary compared to the market based on my skillset and what I do for my job here.
HR does not want to pay market value of my skills and job title. Would like to be paid competitive compensation with the job market
What would make compensation better is if I wasn't paid the 10th percentile of my job description. I think if the company valued reasonable compensation and brought salaries to average compensation they would retain employees better.
