I thoroughly enjoy working at Hoshizaki and for my immediate manager.
Overall, Hoshizaki is great to work for. However, there are a small number of employees (some very senior &/or have been w/ Hoshizaki for many yrs) that are truly holding the company back. While, yes, having experience at Hoshizaki is definitely a plus, there are other ways that could be even better
Their ability to be approached to talk with.
I don't have a compensation package from Hoshizaki.
Being able to contribute in a meaningful way.
Bonuses are the best part of the compensation package.
Their competency, helpfulness, and knowledge.
The company has many employee-centered events throughout the year.
The best part are bonuses.
How well we work together.
Contributing in a meaningful manner
The high regard for employee morale the leadership team has.
One of the best things about my team is its cohesiveness.
Having a variety of projects to work and being trusted with independence.
They are enthusiastic, communicative, and seem to have a genuine interest in their employees' well-being.
The leadership team places a high importance on employee morale and provides many opportunities to show that to the employees.
Promoting David Sellers to VP of Engineering was a great decision. He is extremely bright and level-headed and, hopefully in his new position as VP he will be able contribute some much needed structure and guidance.
