So far so good it's not bad but also not great. Super surprise how SOPs aren't involved more in the training process. I'm completing some training right now and we write notes down individually oppose to have and SOP saved in the shared drive. The training processes is a disaster,
the willingness to pitch in and help.
People seem nice and benefit are great,

Seeing and hearing customer satisfied and eager to work with us again is a great feeling.
Being in a DC there a lot of work that usually comes from another department but in this setting, I handle them. Therefore, compensation should be more if I'm technically working 6 different positions.
