when you get positive feedback from your managers
We understand each other and keep an open communication. Communication is key and maintaining a positive attitude even if the day gets rough.
Being more open on helping new employee with procedures. Not saying things like i was taught once or how many times should i be teaching. Wanting to learn something and then forwarding me to another employee and then having to wait for them to be done to teach me is extremely frustrating
better organization. Asking for help and not having a Live manager on site is stressful. SOP are needed when going back to see how to do something you forgot. there should be a cut off for last min shipping and not simply just saying HOT RUSH. When comparing one dc to another is not motivational.
since there is only 2 employees on my current dc it gives me anxiety to take a day off. Being the only person on your dc if a colleague is sick can become overwhelming when trying to ship a lot at throughout the day. Even with 2 people at the end of the month skipping through lunch mangers are moody
