I feel my pay does not match the responsibilities, experience and results I bring to the role. an adjustment that better reflects my performance would make me feel more valued.
I just feel I give this company 100 percent day in and day out I make sure to have my work done each and everyday before clocking out as well as helping out the CSR'S inside
