Too many emails - seems like a culture of CYA. Customers need to be assigned to a CSA so they know who they are responsible for. Processes need a lot of work but that is a fault of not using Dynamics the way it's intended.
Work is challenging due to limited integration in our customer service processes, not enough staff to solve the issues, process orders etc. No one covers your work when you're on vacation which is a dissatisfier. We need a standard lead time to give us time to process our work.
It's been a great journey so far. People are friendly and we try to do things to make it better for the employees. I think we need lots of new processes as we move forward with D365. A good pay increase and work from home benefits would make it even better.
Leadership is approachable and open
Willing to help each other and share critical information.
Everyone is willing to help out their coworkers. Professional and courteous.
Consistent work, pace is super fast, people are good to work with.
Some on the team are excited for change and improvements in systems and processes.
Only my second day so I haven't really experienced the culture at this point.
Solving our customer issues and ensuring their experience with us is a positive one.
Only my second day on the job so I don't have many insights to share.
Friendly, supportive but we need more change in our processes and we need more staff.
As a 3 month employee, not much interaction or knowledge to give an answer that has any meaning.
Low given my years of experience in operations and customer service. Looking forward to the development opportunity.
A positive is that we are all looking for structure and ways to improve our service and be ETDBW
Committed to the work and customers. They are looking for change and hoping that systems will be updated to automate our work. Too much is manual.
There are challenges and problems to solve but those are the things that make the work exciting. Being able to share experiences and knowledge makes me happy.
I don't feel undervalued per se but my years of experience in my role denotes a slightly higher salary. Willing to learn and contribute before a compensation review.
Small team but committed to servicing Customers. We could service customers better if we had better, up-to-date technology. Staff work really hard but seemed stressed quite a bit. Resources are limited.
Salaries seem really low compared to other companies hiring for my role. A hybrid type work environment would be considered a huge benefit. Two or three days working from home should be considered.
My team is looking for structure and better processes and a way to manage the work. We have met as a team and will implement structure that will better serve our customers while also being able to manage the time it takes to do our work.
It's challenging work that makes you think. No two days are really the same. Fast-paced environments for sure which is why being able to work remote 3 days a week would be a huge benefit. Stress starts fighting the traffic, commute is long due to traffic.
Given my years of experience, I thought my starting salary was low. Also, for the work they do, my team is drastically underpaid. For my role and my teams role, remote work or a combination of hybrid would be a huge benefit given gas prices and inflation.
