I get frustrated a lot because of my supervisor not communicating in a timely manner. My coworkers don't follow rules on a regular basis.

Enforcing the rules instead of repeating them and not following through.
Stop complaining and learn a better work ethic. Stop socializing too much.

The way we are evaluated for our raises. The supervisor could be more supportive of the coordinators.
Vacation and health benefits are awesome. Being able to take time off and get paid for it.
If I was compensated for doing mine and other people's duties. We don't have enough staff for the work load.
Making sure that the goals they are addressing are clear. They leave their instructions unclear. Keeping us informed of changes in a timely manner.
When I can do my job and not be micromanage. I would love to come to work given a task and be able to follow through with it.
