They are open to feedback and they are as honest as they can be when it comes to keeping us informed. I feel they care about me as a person.
The GCS team really cares about quality. Whenever I deal with anyone, I never get the feeling that they are just calling it in. That is true for the other teams as well, even though we have different success measures.
Being able to close a case and making a customer happy. The knowledge that I solved a problem and at the same time saved a customer a lot of time or even their job makes me feel good. Same thing for helping team members through a difficult spot.
