Years back the leaders fostered an environment where people can thrive and there is a sense of belonging. We saw many changes but the feeling persists.
Everybody has each others back and they know they can rely on others. There is excellent collaboration, everyone is helpful and teammates diffuse any stress that starts building up for an individual considering the nature of our work.
