They are super hard working. They have long tenures, a domain like ours needs tenure that accumulates business requirements which needs to be backwards compatible (which makes the domain complicated).

More than salary, its the amount of work that a new employee had to do beyond normal hours. My work satisfaction comes from building smart reliable products and learning new. Here the culture seems to be ship junk and fix it later. To build quality products one need to think a lot and it takes time
