Everyone is friendly, full of good people and they're happy to help out when you ask
Always a lot of emails from customers with queries that should be directed to CS, Support, finance except we're not well resourced or their responsibilities have changed. As an AE we're basically doing the job of 3-4 people in a finite amount of time. (Expected to be an SE, CS& Support on top of AE)
