
People put others (customers and other Smartsheet employees) above corporate aspirations. If it means making things difficult for employees/customers, Smartsheet will not compromise.
The RSU payouts really help bridge any gap and keep my salary competitive. I hope there is a respectable replacement as these can't be provided anymore now that we're private.
Our team is highly engaged and always looking for ways to improve our functioning. Ideas are encouraged and discussed and each of us is given ownership to truly make an impact.
