GTM strategy constantly changes and feels the worst it has felt in the last 3+ years. USM has been awful. CEO seems tuned out.
Considering it's almost entirely brand new I'm not sure how to answer this question. Mark needs to be more involved. He has been rarely seen since the acquisition.
