I enjoy the work and my team, but some of the decisions made at the executive level feel very reactionary and/or not thoroughly thought through. USM is a good example, along with Gov; both of those strategies feel very haphazard, causing much churn in engineering
401k matching would be the best part
401k, but contribution could be more
willingness to help each other on the team
401k matching and remote work
willingness to help each other
Remote work and ability to work on interesting projects
stock grants, and yearly bonus
I can trust my team, which allows for openness and transparency
Enjoy the type of work that allows me to continuously learn and grow
The willingness for people across teams and within teams to help each other out
Who's ever excited about going to work! I'm happy about going to work and enjoy my work, but excited is a bit of a stretch lol
It feels like upper management has recently become more reactionary instead of being proactive in their decision-making. Also, maybe as a consequence of the previous statement, feels like they say one thing, but do something different.
