There is a great deal of transparency in leadership and goals are cascaded throughout the organization.

Getting to work creatively with such a wonderful team and having the freedom to focus on strategy and big-picture pursuits.

The option for wellness time versus just sick days is a huge benefit for me in helping me balance my family life with my work life.

The most positive thing about our culture is the true focus on our north star and core values and the fact that these include a focus on our employees as well as our clients.

The feeling of teamwork and the fact that we work as #OneSWCA. It is so wonderful to work in a place where multidisciplinary teams constructively collaborates to make sure we are presenting the highest quality work to our clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At SWCA we have a leadership team with clear goals that are transparently communicated to the whole team. In addition, the leadership team takes opportunities to seek input from all employees. They are honest about the input received and we can see definite actions taken based on that feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being part of an ESOP. Not only do I love how the ESOP contributes to my plans for retirement, but also the company being committed to an ESOP means we are not likely to be swallowed up in an acquisition the way so many firms in our industry have been.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have the best team in the industry! Everyone is so dedicated and really cares about their work that it makes it such a pleasure to collaborate with my colleagues on projects. Also, everyone is just so nice. It's amazing to work in a place where you feel supported by your co-workers.
