I've been working for SWCA for 10+ years and I'm continually challenged - my work is never boring! I get to work with interesting people and solve new and different challenges. I feel like I'm making a difference in my role and I feel recognized and valued for my contributions.

Leadership works hard to keep the company informed. It's also clear that employees' needs are incredibly important to the business.

The Marketing team is hard-working and passionate about their craft. I love seeing the products that they're able to deliver and I love collaborating with them in a variety of ways.

The leadership team is focused on doing their best for employees and on growing the company to provide value for the ESOP. I've seen them lead the company successfully through change and uncertainty and I have confidence in their abilities.
