Everyone I've met is kind and shows interest in what I do. Positive culture toward learning and career development.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe I'm paid competitively and I dislike that 401k is not matches because I don't see the benefits of the ESOP very much and it doesn't grow quickly.
