In the last year I have thoroughly enjoyed working at symplr.
My overall experience has been very good.
The willingness to pitch in where needed
That all are included in our company
To see the team I manage excel
That everyone makes you feel welcome
Their transparency to all employees
Everyone has been super nice and welcoming to me
They are transparent & honest with the company as a whole
That we all strive to be the best in our business
Other than the Permissive PTO, the health insurance benefit is really good
That everyone plays a part in the greater good of the company
When the client my team manages gives someone on the team praise.
Seeing the end result of my hard work after the lengthy enrollment process
Good insurance & unlimited PTO for when I need to take time for family obligations
While I am a newer employee to the company, most of the leadership team seems to be approachable and receptive to listening
When I joined symplr I had to accept the position at $3.75 less an hour compared to what I was paid for the same role at 2 other previous companies. I feel that $60,000 annually should not be the cap for salary in my position. Pay should be based on market trends as well as length of experience
