I have enjoyed working here since I was hired. So far, it's been a wonderful place to be. The culture is great, the people are great, and so is working remotely.

I'm most happy in my job when I know what is expected and I perform at my optimal level.
I love how symplr treats employees like adults, such as a remote environment and space with support to perform our duties.

I enjoy the work and I enjoy my coworkers, as well as the company culture, including all the fun things they do to team build. (Regarding a prior question, I am not customer-facing and many people aren't, so this survey needs to have an option for N/A.)
It's not that I feel "undervalued," it's just that my salary isn't in keeping with inflation or my experience and education. In every other way, I'm very happy at symplr. Part of it is that it's just hard to live these days off the same salaries as years ago.
