I love the fact that the company provides an atmosphere that is motivating and rewarding. The annual holiday party is amazing.

They are fair, consistent and transparent. If there are faults, they own it and share the challenges and acknowledge their efforts for constant improvement.

They are hard working. It's a real challenge in this market to attract top talent. We do a good job retaining the top talent, but attracting the top talent is a 50/50 chance of success because we're relegated to hiring straight from college.
