Our commission structure is generous, uncapped and you really get (financially) what you put into the company.

I truly adore my team. We work so well together. Despite the competitive nature of our jobs, everyone works together to ensure we all succeed together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Changing people's lives by finding them a job in their time of need is the best feeling. Being able to do that, while also working with an amazing team who works so well together, is the best.

All of the leadership at Beacon Hill makes it clear that the value me as a person. They go out of their way to make sure I am doing well personally and professionally. They are extremely approachable and take thoughtful and careful action as needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Beacon Hill has the best culture. Everyone truly cares about you as an individual, leadership is extremely approachable, and problems are solved quickly and thoughtfully. Out of the many years I've worked here, I can count on one hand the days I've woken up dreading work.
