I joined the company through the employment quota for people with disabilities. There is a progressive approach to diversity, so I have never faced any difficulties related to the specific nature of my disability.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a person with disabilities. Japan only pays people with disabilities the minimum wage. If I have greater abilities than non-disabled people, I want wages commensurate with my abilities.
