What are some of the best things about your team?

Easy to talk to and learn from.

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to interact with all of my customers everyday.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I am Unsure as I just started working there.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Nice and friendly, easy to relate & talk to.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked that i actually ended up knowing my interviewer from quite some time ago.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have always felt that the server/Waitress wages per hour are too low. I just think we should have a higher minimum wage.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I don't think they can get better

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are only there for money, so business stays moving.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The staff we get along well
