The current IHOP 4486 hixson TN. Has been the worst job ive ever worked at. Not the job itself but how the company allows the general manager to demean the staff and make people cry because they feel like it. Every day for the employees here they worry to come in cause the manager yells at them.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change in managment or some sort of training for them that will actually get them to change.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team besides the GM is amazing and all try there hardest even though they are not treated properly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
For my store 4486 to get better they need to find a better GM or send the current one to a training camp of how to create a safe and nonhostile work enviorment. Because all she currently does is scream and yell at the current employees who try there hardest.
