I currently work at ihop in yucca vallet california the management has asked me to lie to health departmen they have also allowed another night manager to call me a devil worshipper because i stated i was pagan i have witnessed so much cross contamination and public saftet issues theres favortism

The customers are far more positive than the management and most of the staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They cut my hours constantly always complaining about labor or making up some excuse as to why they ate doing it
