They are approachable and are open to having discussions with any level team member. Ideas, questions, and issues are all received and answers and feedback provided. They provide encouragement and support to all levels and roles of employees.

Hearing customers provide feedback on how they used our solution to win a case, or win business. This means I am providing customers with the skills to use our unique solution effectively. My affect on their success is what makes me most happy.

Highly-driven & creative employees dedicated to making our solutions #1 in our market, while being given the freedom to explore new ways of doing things. Overall, the culture is very open, incredibly diverse & welcoming. A variety of social/interactive programs helps to encourage this environment
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Variable comp plans are customized for each type of role. Annual goals may seem overly ambitious, but the company goes above & beyond to provide resources & tools to help to achieve that number. Performance greater than 100% of plan triggers accelerators that significantly increase annual VC pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All team members are open to requests for feedback or help. No one looks down on others, esp. new team members. The atmosphere is inviting, not intimidating. My team consists of incredibly smart people, each with unique areas of expertise. These qualities enable us to enjoy AND excel at our jobs.
