Communication. Regular Town Hall type meetings to provide the state of the company. Also reward and recognition

no cap on VC. Several choices when it comes to insurance. ability to purchase extra vacation. ability to work from home 80% of the time.

It seems as though they care about you as a person even though we are a large corporation. Its a culture of winning. We love to win at everything we do.
