Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I moved up to Tiers. I was told it was based on an average of how my territory performed the last 3 years. But the territory did very porrly before I got into it, so that can't be true. I was also told it was because I got a lot more accounts, but I lost over 100 so that isn't true.
