I really appreciate the inclusivity here. Everyone matters and people are not openly judgemental.

I am surrounded by caring, empathetic people who assume good intent and work hard to make everyone feel welcome.

Everyone is empathetic and compassionate about those around them. There might be some egomaniacs here but I haven't met any yet.

I enjoy being able to do what I am good at while helping to improve the rule of law around the globe.

I feel like my opinion matters and that I am important even though I haven't been here for decades like the leadership team.

There are always opportunities to connect with one another and to support the community. Relx provides time off to volunteer, participate in employee resource groups, mentor people, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are many flexible health care options and the price is very competitive with everywhere else I have been. Costs actually dropped this year and there are wellness incentive programs that pay money for self-care.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like my efforts are actually accomplishing some good. The company has a noble goal of spreading the rule of law globally. Bringing justice to those often underserved. It's a great mission to be a part of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is focus on stabile, managed growth. They invest in the company's people without surge hiring in ways that will lead to layoffs. LexisNexis does this a lot better than all the tech companies who overhired and are now putting people back on the street.
