Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have been happy here for many years and I am still but I have been disappointed recently to learn that the company is trying to scrimp on salaries to the extent that they are.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have worked here for eleven years and sadly while I have been happy here for most of those years the company's treatment of its employees has worsened in recent years. This is an opinion widely held across my department.

What makes you most happy at work?

Ticking off my to do list.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are invested in making the company a success.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We support each other and there is never any judgment.

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to use my skills to do a good job

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are helpful and always seek to solve a problem without assigning blame.

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy completing my work as I know I am good at it.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are highly collaborative, communicate well and it is a safe space within the team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is welcoming and there are lots of events to make people feel seen and included.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually listening to their employees and making sure that people are paid at the proper market rates

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people are what make it nice to work here. Without that aspect I would have left a long time ago.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are making real strides to be more inclusive and to help like-minded individuals find each other across the company in ERGs.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They should not go back on their word when things have been agreed and disclosed to the company especially regarding agreements with unions within the company. This shows a lack of respect for employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have had key responsibilities taken away from me through no fault of my own so there is now no way for me to progress. I am also being paid at least £5,000 less

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because there is pay discrepancy across the company. One person doing a job in one department is paid significantly more than someone doing a similar or the same job but with management responsibilities in another department.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am a manager of a team and yet single contributors in my same field in other parts of the company are being paid more than me. The company insists that it reviews salaries to make sure that they are still competitive but I have never seen any evidence of this making a difference.
