Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay. RELX has announced 800,000,000 in share buybacks whilst LNUK pay has decreased by about 10% in real terms over the last two years, despite outperforming the market in revenue and profit. Pay reviews are based on the median of an unrepresentative selection number of 'comparators'.
