Over all I have enjoyed working at LN, however when the UK Directors had left the company and reporting directly in to the US, was a bit of a tense time within the company, especially with our first encounter with the CTO

the look out for the team best interest
What makes you most happy at work?
the team and some of the projects...The BAU work that need to improve security aren't exciting but understand the needs of these tasks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like better pay, too many red tape to get the pay you deserved. Can't' be a pay rise and promotion in the same 12 month period, but can apply for jobs for the promotion...Make no sense
