What makes you most happy at work?

Get my pay check and make some friends

What are some of the best things about your team?

In order to stand out you need to be self promoting and take credits from the team (ie be a project leader and leave the dirty work to people below you) senior management dont care who is doing what and encourage credit taking culture

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

lots of effort in I&D but just a PR exercise. language differences are not truly included in I&D, in an non eng market those eng speaking senior take over the meeting and sometimes mocking local employees knowing that they won’t get it. A L4 commenting idea from L6 b

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

1 Embrace employees negative feedback rather than use IP to track who write it 2 fair reward and promote talents from within (part of it is better leaders training for L4/5) these two levels only think about their own career first how to get promote and not really develop people below them

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

year end evaluation changed from 5 tiers to 4, which makes majority a 2 (second lowest) with low annual merit which cant catch up with inflation. To get a promotion is hard for certain dept. They only way you can get a promotion (for L5 below) is by leaving the company as we are all replaceable
