What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is very supportive of each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Very open to differences in people, culture, etc.

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy the work very much.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Show value through action, not words. There's alot of talk about "feel good" actions -- recognition, awards, building people up with words -- but nothing concrete. If you truly value me, show me with opportunities and compensation.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Reward and compensation. Leadership has bought into the idea that you can offset low compensation, no/low salary increases, no opportunity with thank-you's, a virtual exercise program or meditation. Those are extras, not a substitute, despite what those in the HR space are telling you.
