Those who being less responsible and accountable are paid the same, medical benefit fail to cover our needs, salary below market benchmark

Some co-workers are being rival and irresponsible on their duty. This creates unnecessary issues and arguments in the company, and degraded communication and engagement.

HK office is not moving towards the same goal, too many office politics, people focus on what they can do less instead of good for the business

Always have to pick up tasks that are meant to be other's responsibilities, or need to work extra in order to ensure smooth tasks despite other functions or members being unproactive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better alignment and transparency in business strategy and communication, HK leadership team equip themselves with the necessary knowledge on oir products and the industry (some don't even know what a lawyer does)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Those who are accountable are very good to work with, friendly and positive. However, those who are not accountable and having a negative work attitude take up more of the proportion in the office
