My overall experience gives me a chance to work with different stakeholders across the globe. It gives me range and not just limited to one perspective only. However, this might also be the reason why the counterparts tends to overspill work to us instead of doing things on their own.

I am truly glad that I was given multiple opportunities to this company. It open so many doors that I push myself to the limits that I never thought would exist. I just hope that they don't just see us a a member of a shared services team and will provide equal opportunities to all

My team ensure that we work together and aim to deliver one goal

They make time to conduct townhalls and ensure that employees are updated to whatever is happening to the organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the inflation, I think it is the high time to revisit the benefits and compensation given to the employees.

Due to inflation, I think it is high time to revisit the multipliers and percentage that we have during performance evaluation.

Our leadership team in REPH goes to saying of servant leadership. They make sure that everyone can reach out to them regardless of the job role that you have

It is the camaraderie that I have with my colleagues and immediate manager. That even we have a tons of work, we still find time to make ourselves happy and laugh at times
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers across the Globe should have more initiatives. Understandably, we are working as a shared services but I think it would make the work better if they take tasks forward instead of everyone acting as an executive/boss and pass all the work underneath
