making money and overall getting more confident at the job itself!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is great, welcoming and very supportive. Collaborating as a team on our success and failures on daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many activities brought on by LN some in which focus on the diversity of the organization. Always a fun time when around others at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership here at LN has been great. Support and opportunities are available when needed. Seeing management step into place when and where needed for additional support has been appreciated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a TAE the compensation is what we make of it, so it could be unlimited to those with a strong work ethic. I do however, wish 'open' territories on teams should be spread amongst all members and not only a select few.
