I like the money, the hours, and the ability to work from home. I can do the work and I'm mostly busy enough. My boss is generally fair, but needs more time and management training to be effective. I hate the people and find my working day unpleasant

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
almost all of them are selfish and self-absorbed. They are not good people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The business unit is inadequately resourced, and roles are not being backfilled. This is causing unsustainable issues that will worsen and lead to departmental collapse
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is awful. I am glad working hours are respected, and I am not bothered out of hours or during leave. I avoid working in an office environment as much as possible to avoid people and their noise
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Additional staff required to mean my manager has time to meet their responsibilities to me as a staff member (I have no objectives and do not receive feedback on my performance; I have no training or development roadmap) The awful culture and the people creating it cannot be saved
