First few years were fantastic until these past years when the new managing director came and then all the changes were for the worst. It does not feel like this company value their people as much as they used to. The only thing they value now is savings.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because of the amount of tasks I'm assigned to is too much. We are understaffed and underpaid. Few people already left that lead to us shouldering their task on top of mine.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Forcing people to pass new projects every quarter and frequently asking for updates when most of the already submitted projects are not moving due to lack of developers. Pay your people fairly if they do dev tasks on top of their production tasks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need better understanding of how projects work. They need to respect the process and not to rush just because they already saw the SAVINGS a certain project would generate. There are times that they would skip steps, leading to errors, hence, additional tasks for the editors.
