The company's value is good, the only problem is that they keep on promoting people who are not deserving. Those promoted leaders, they tend to power trip and some of them crushes some of their member's soul. The work is bearable but the leaders who doesn't value employee is hard and makes me resign

I was able to meet genuine people that share the same interests and beliefs as mine

They really need to take care of the employees, and mean it not only by just words
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do believe that the company can still provide a better compensation to their employees. The employees deserve to have better
