I have been with LN for many years, it was like being part of a family. Parties were thrown for major milestone anniversaries. Got end of the year bonuses. More team outings. Now I just feel like a number. Pay/raises haven't been good in years and benefits are horrible

I work from home. But I enjoy when we do team outings

We always have each other's backs. Always able to lend a hand to each other. We can rely on our immediate manager. We are fun and compassionate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health benefits are not good at all. Raises have been terrible and I am underpaid. Bring back the pension plan Increase our base salary. Increase our compensation package
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership is very difficult to work with. It's their way or no way. Leadership is constantly changing every couple years. Just when you get to know someone, they are on the move. This makes a toxic environment. Pay is not enough - Pay more Health Benefits are not good. Bring back co-pay benefits
