The most positive aspect of our culture has traditionally been a sense of support, understanding, and collaboration.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is incredibly supportive of one another. There is a strong sense of collaboration, trust, and willingness to step in and help when someone is stretched or needs support.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

One aspect of leadership I value most is the direct support and approachability of my manager. I feel heard, supported, and trusted, which makes a meaningful difference in navigating change and day-to-day priorities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

ith recent organizational developments, leadership overall has felt less cohesive. At times, direction and priorities feel unclear, which has contributed to the team feeling stretched, overwhelmed, and at times undervalued. Greater alignment, and clarity.

What makes you most happy at work?

What makes me happiest at work is helping my customers and working closely with my firms to make sure everything is running smoothly. I really enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and being someone they can rely on. While lifestyle balance used to be a bigger source of satisfaction for me
