It is fine, but there are times (including this survey) where I expect a lot of people are answering positively about coworkers/managers/environment/events/etc. and this leads upper management to wrongly report in meetings "Everything is amazing". Without fair pay, none of the rest really matters.

I actually enjoy my time in the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is very effective in motivating me and seems to care about if I am enjoying my job and how she could make my time here better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While sales positions are able to make a reasonable amount through commissions, other positions are not paid what they are worth based on the amount that they also contributing to the success of the company. I would either increase their base pay or increase their ability to earn bonuses/commission.
