It's relatively relaxed and not always go, go, go.
Not super pretentious, and generally willing to help. Not hyper competitive either.
I think clear leveling based on years of experience + education, as well as harmonization of that leveling and compensation with partner orgs such as Risk. The Risk group has a much more competitive salary benchmark for roles.
Even though I have been praised for my work, there doesn't seem to be a clear promotion path or pathway to compensation. I also think you can tell how the compensation affects recruiting - any of the "best and brightest" go to the BUs with the best salaries. Otherwise, people are kind of "mid."
