They're understanding that we need more information to bring to customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I still have a very good work-life balance at LexisNexis. But that shouldn't cost me a good salary for my position as an attorney.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are insanely expensive this year and there was no increase in base salary. HR gave the only reason for no increase in base salary was because of benefits but clearly benefits are becoming less expensive for corporations in the US to cover for individuals - particularly healthcare.
