I enjoy the challenge of learning my role and developing best practices that will help me to be successful and develop a model that I can later duplicate and scale for others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am grateful to be here and have an opportunity to grow in this organization. I am someone that prefers to be in an office setting, but I am in the field so I do miss the culture and environment you can create in an office setting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not related to LexisNexis. I made almost 3x my current salary before coming to LexisNexis because I wanted to get into the tech industry. I am not upset with my salary or feel undervalued for my position, I know that my experience level in leadership is far beyond my position.
