When I started here, I was amazed at how they built on people, strong relationships, value in their employees, and the perks were great. They were a cut above the rest. But now, it really doesn't matter, WE don't seem to matter. There are few perks left, and l feel they're being held by a string.
What makes you most happy at work?
Staying organized, being valued, getting my work completed without feeling overwhelmed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, closeness, TRUST, the ability to ask for help and to give help when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I feel connected to the rest of the world by the diversity of people that work here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Retention and recognizing value. Record profits every year but most of us are struggling and getting promoted is unattainable. There is no incentive to do better for the company. Perks get taken away every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make us feel like we're important again and not easily replaced. Give us our perks back. Pay for the things you used to fund. I'm not spending the little money I have on work "activities". It used to be AWESOME to work here and now it's the same as any other company.
